Our “Kids Need Video” has been posted, and I must say it has been a trip. Working with these kids has been both a blessing and a burden. I was continually shocked with what came out of these children’s mouths, and noses for that matter, when they were on film and not.
Before you ask, yes we did give the children direction, you bet, however once they got talking we didnt stop them. The making of this video consisted of driving throughout central Minnesota to speak with children and their families. We asked them a series of questions, prompted them with things to say to get their gears turning, then stood back and let the cameras fly. Comments were hilarious and touching, happy and sad. It is easy to see that children, even at a young age, know exactly what they need.

August 25th Children’s voices will be heard as “KIDS NEED” Campaign is launched with the help of caring parents and affiliates. The premise is simple, impact the life of a parent and child, and encourage them to impact the life of another. Unfortunately from my experience every purchase made online comes with a very real risk. I’m not talking about the risk of having your information take, because as we all know purchasing through a secured cart “https”, is actually safer than purchasing from a store. Not very long ago I was doing some shopping for myself online. I purchased some speakers for the house and a comical t-shirt for myself (p.s. nothing makes my day like a really clever t-shirt). I was able to read the descriptions of the speaker and even see a computer generated ad, and for the t-shirt I was able to see an image and read the size. Seemed like a “safe bet”
Just over a week later both items came and my excitement to show off my shirt and listen to my speakers was peaked. I opened the shirt and tried it on – didn’t fit. The shirt said medium but I am sure that it was at least a Large or XL. As for the speakers, the casing was a very thin cheap plastic and the seems were the speaker boxes were joined were obvious.
